COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC646TRT000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grainger-Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gh-Group parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Eastern product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grainger-Dayton such as the 3XE22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TPC700 manufactured by Gh-Group and we are pleased to be able to service most Gh-Group systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1112P by Manufacturer General-Eastern as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gemco Brand 1993BCD360012LTX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gh-Bettis such as CB520SR60 equipment made by Gh-Bettis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gh-Bettis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gh-Bettis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD500W made by Goss as well as the popular AS584A350 original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PD1008 by Ge-Fanuc and CB520SR60 spares by Gh-Bettis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 29A65 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Controls-Electronics. |
